Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Most items are returnable within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must include original packaging, be in resaleable condition, and not have been installed to be returned. No returns after 60 days from delivery. Please Note: Special order or custom order items may be not be returnable or subject to a restocking fee. Please see the item return policy tab on your items before adding to the basket.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was delivered in the last 60 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product isn't used, installed, or damaged.
• You have an order reference in our system to show proof of purchase.
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to CabinetKnobs.com.

If the order has an error on our side, we will pay to cover your return shipping.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Discontinued or liquidation items

Discontinued items cannot be refunded. Customer service will notify you if an item is discontinued before shipping.
